My connection began
through family

I am Japanese, and some of the spiritual knowledge I use today was first introduced to me through my grandmother.

What she passed down was more than a collection of techniques. It encouraged me to notice intuition, emotion and the subtle messages we sometimes experience throughout life.

As I grew older, my own moments of spiritual guidance taught me to trust my heart more deeply. I realised that I wanted to use what I had learned to help others find clarity, reassurance and a different perspective.
